WHICH JOB IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Applicants who have little or no work experience - or have never directly supervised employees in their past job, may be interested in applying for a TECHNICIAN job. Most employees are hired in as TECHNICIANS.
Our TECHNICIANS work on different types of cars – checking & refilling fluids, performing preventative maintenance so customers vehicles are safe to drive and will last longer.
They also talk to customers about what their car needs and explain the services being done.
All of this is done with a great team, but they do get dirty, and if it is cold outside, they will be cold too; and the same goes for if it is hot outside, they will be hot too.
Applicants who have directly supervised employees in their past job, may be interested in applying for an ASSISTANT MANAGER position.
Our ASSISTANT MANAGERS take more of a lead role, supervising shifts more often, helping train other employees, and if interested, training to become a future Service Center Manager.
